Not so crunchy chicken

this recipe I have borrowed from calls it 'cocktail chicken crunchies', but mine did not turn out to be crunchy, but tasted good. Its very simple. This recipe is for Kooky again, very simple can be made within 15minutes.

There are a few additions I have made, I had half of green pepper and half red pepper in my fridge .I just added that to the dish


250 grm chicken( boneless, cut to strips)
3tsps kashmiri chilly powder(you can use any masala powder)
oil    3tbsps
salt to taste
15 curry leaves
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper
4 green chillies slit
1/2 red pepper


* In a non stick pan add oil when its hot add chicken , chilly powder and salt. Cover and cook, until the chicken is almost done and water has absorbed.(since its boneless chicken it cooks very fast)

* Add curry leaves, green and red peppers and green chillies and fry for a minute. Then add tomato sauce and saute for a minute.

*serve hot as an appetizer
